Handling the all-legal issue and food safety issue positively.
Reduce the time cycle and increase productivity.
Responsible for branch expenses and CPM (cost per meal), and maintaining CPM.
Dealing with the food vendors for the procurement of good material at a reasonable price at the branch level.
Manage and control all compliance, including GMP, GHP, and FSSAI compliance.
Handing the cost optimization projects (such as recipe modification, gas/fuel saving, and route mapping for vehicle fuel saving).
Responsible for on-time delivery, product quality, and product output.
New product developed for customer satisfaction end.
Handing customer complaints.
Control over the wastage comes in, plants, and management.
Provide the training to team members and plant helpers.
