Technical Lead Microsoft Azure (IAAS, PAAS) Total of 9 years’ experience in IT and 6 years of core experience in designing, developing, maintaining, testing and supporting next-generation solutions in Azure Cloud also working on Azure DevOps tools . Working as a DevOps Lead in the current organization and handling a team of 15-20 members .

· Open NOC calls if required to provide extended on call triage and support to escalate and resolve any issue across OTT Platform for DEV/Test/UAT/PROD environments.
· Work on escalated tasks related to interconnectivity issues and complex cloud-based identity management and user authentication, service interruptions with Virtual Machines (their host nodes) and associated virtual storage (Blobs, Tables, Queues).
· Reporting to the Group Manager for technical escalations, analyse top- issues and top call drivers for the week and provide action plans to streamline processes.
· Handle escalated Support tickets till closure for streaming platform.
· Exposed to working with various issue severities, engaging specialized teams, close deadlines.
· Work closely with the program management / product group for info on new released features.
· Creating and updating different documents that extend helps for smooth running of the project day to day activity.
· Contribute and collaborate with the content development team for official documentation, tech blogs and "how-to" tutorials.
· Design lab sessions for team members to reproduce critical issue.
