- Directed maintenance operations across a 16-acre luxury resort featuring 37 villas, 2 restaurants, a gym, a spa, 30 swimming pools, including 6 temperature-controlled pools, a boardroom, and diverse guest facilities, including indoor activity areas and a fleet of Yamaha and Suzuki boats.
- Oversaw and supported critical infrastructure, including:
- Managed 250 kVA electrical plant operations to ensure efficient power distribution. Oversaw the installation and maintenance of a 500 kVA universal oil-cooled transformer. Implemented automatic power factor correction (APFC) panels for improved energy efficiency.
- Managed the maintenance and operation of 380 kVA Volvo and 320 kVA Cummins diesel generators. Oversaw the functionality of the 80 kVA Kirloskar fire engine to ensure reliability. Conducted regular inspections on diesel generator performance for optimal efficiency. Coordinated troubleshooting efforts to resolve mechanical issues swiftly.
- 1,000 LPH micro tech water treatment plant, 80 KLD SBR sewage treatment system, and 12 micro tech heat pumps (5 kW each) with a storage capacity of 2 KL x 6.
- Secured optimal performance and upkeep of kitchen and hospitality equipment, including Blue Star walk-in coolers, ice machines, and Sinmag bakery equipment.
- Overseeing the proper operation of guest room amenities, including Elanpro mini bars, Assa Abloy safe lockers, tea kettles, and hair dryers.
- Oversaw climate control systems comprising Daikin ductable AC units (2 TR) and media FCUs (2 TR).
- Led engineering team to enhance resort infrastructure and guest experience through innovative design solutions.
