ESG and Sustainability Experience:

• Performed GAP analysis on standards/frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ISSB.
• Performed the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CSRD, collaborating with cross-functional teams in developing an ESG AI reporting tool.
• Conducted CSRD Sectoral Materiality analysis as part of the Global ESG Reporting Initiative. Worked on various materiality assessment projects, which included evaluating and identifying the relevant ESG topics, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Contributed to publishing a global report that involved conducting a survey on board remuneration for the top 25 companies across 15 selected countries.

1) Project report titled "Auto Loan Schemes: A Comparative Study" - A survey was conducted with the leading banks in Goa to perform a comparative study on the auto loan schemes of the State Bank of India, along with other banks, and to conclude and make recommendations on SBI's market standing from an auto loans perspective.

2) Project report titled "A Report on Industrial Estates and Their Financial Challenges in Goa" - A survey was conducted to study the characteristics of businesses in different industrial estates, to study the business prospects of units surveyed, to study how the financial requirements of the businesses are met in the industrial estates, the available government schemes, and to understand the credit requirements and financial challenges faced by businesses in Goa.
