- Handling Compensation programs for Europe - 18+ countries.
- Bonus pay out: Handle the below activities during the annual bonus payout
- Budgeting and modelling for all countries and seek approval from the leadership
- Roll out approved bonus models to respective regional leads for recommendation and manage payouts appropriately
- Annual salary review: Set guidelines for countries according to the company standards
