• Analyze and solve the SAP MM issues.
• Conduct SAP MM process configuration.
• Update and maintain all SAP MM functional documentation.
• Analyze and scope end user .

Project Name: Roll out SAP ECC to S4 Hana Fiori (Jan-2022 to May 2023 Client Name: Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd.

• Starting from the design phase to requirement gathering and creating test scripts for various scenarios based on the requirement, testing of business scenarios getting the sign off the requirements, performing.
• Unit testing and non-impact testing to check impact the solution on another and scenarios.
• Experience in unit testing, UAT, Regression testing.
• Handed UAT Issue.
• User training / User manuals preparation.
• Create the Unit test script and get the UAT from the super user.
• Go live- Support.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the quality and warranty management process. Develop warranty procedures and manuals.
• Monitor the spare parts order for the warranty parts.
• Maintain the dealer reimbursement process through the DMS (data management system)
• Conduct detailed trend analysis of warranty return parts, claims, costs, and exposure going forward to determine corrective and preventative actions to support both Production and Supplier
• Inform and advise management on budgetary preparation on future warranty spend.
• Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
• Produce written reports and make presentations.
• Undertake continuous training and development.
