India has welcomed its first-ever Radisson Collection, a premier brand of the Radisson Hotel Group. This hotel features 212 luxurious rooms and suites, including presidential suites. My role encompasses overseeing Housekeeping operations, coordinating with various vendor partners, and working with the project and maintenance teams on snagging and de-snagging. I have established the entire housekeeping department, covering laundry, uniform room, landscaping, and horticulture. My responsibilities include managing daily operations, attending management meetings, participating in P&L and budget discussions, training team members, and maintaining the hotel's aesthetic standards.

• Ensure compliance of all guest rooms, function rooms, public areas, back-of-the-house areas, and their surroundings with hotel standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness
• Regularly inspect hotel rooms and premises to ensure cleanliness and functionality of furnishing, facilities, and equipment
• Notify management of any repair or replacement requirements

• As a Floor Housekeeper, I was responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all rooms on the assigned floors
• I efficiently handled any guest complaints and worked towards resolving them to ensure a satisfactory experience for all guests
• Additionally, I conducted regular preventive maintenance to identify and address any issues in a timely manner
• I was also involved in Richy audit and other audits conducted within the hotel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
