Manpower with ganged wise to get maximum utilization and respective resources. Ensuring the work is being executed as per given Isometric Drawing, according to the given coordinates, elevation & specified material in the drawing with the required supports for erection. Responsible for providing assistance to engineering related to technical specifications and drawings. Responsible for maintaining safety & environment norms during construction. Provide coordination of the project to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the technical scope requirements, and also with client requirement. Report on overall progress and any significant issues, to ensure timely resolution of problems. Attending review meetings day to day with client regarding work progress. Preparing all bar charts, work programs and all site activities should be in accordance with the Project Execution and Quality Plan. Keeping weak areas in my control for self-execution activities move according to predetermined schedule.
