Finalizing vessels in accordance to items to be stored/transported and ensuring that item reaches in good state to location.

· Maintain, monitor Master Data, revise essential planning data to ensure APO system is effectively planning future requirements, Managed inventory targets in order to ensure a steady level of supply to manufacturing to ensure no stoppages.

· Must resolve potential shortages or surpluses of products by managing or adjusting manufacturing output, proactively report product and material availability issues. Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the Global/ regional Supply Centre and procurement to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries. Reduction of inventory level, Inventory optimization, Inventory projection and review forecast, Hand on experience in end to end international procurement.

· Constantly interfaces with production units and monitors key indicators like, capacity utilization and efficiency improvements. Plan and execute material requirement plan in SAP/R3 -timely procurement plans by requisitions to procurement teams and process orders to manufacturing teams for produced goods. Shrinkage, Management of Shrinkage, Mitigation and Errors.

· Generate and monitor production schedules and work closely with a master production scheduler to ensure policies are being followed. Warehouse and logistics planning and scheduling for planned movement of finished goods.

· Inventory Management: Reorder levels, Minimum Order Quantities management, inventory parameters for raw materials/ packaging material/ Work in progress, regular review and inputs for quarterly provisions etc. End to end working, consultancy and implementation of loyalty programs and rebate management for channel.

Conduct Supply Review meetings and monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. End to end order processing and fulfilment along with proper reporting from Centre of excellence (COE). Managed a team of 20 direct reportees i.e. commercial executives and AMs, and commercial associates.

· Proper co-ordination between PMI and Godfrey Philip for ensuring the items are always available at retail outlets.
