  • Contribute to the knowledge management system (via KB articles) to share knowledge within, across teams, and with customers as and when needed
  • Reproduce and report product/application defects/bugs/feature requests/enhancements to the product development team and escalate unresolved problems for a resolution to translate it to customer updates
  • Provide 24x7 "on-call" support for escalated issues or outages on a rotation basis (on-call Rota)
