  • Manage, supervise, and control multiple project activities throughout the project life cycle from civil construction approvals to validation in coordination with project consultant, project contractors, plant heads, installation teams, and report progress to the CEO of the organization.
  • Lead the Engineering Purchase team to conduct total procurement, from generating URS, floating enquiries, studying technical bids, making comparisons, and negotiating with vendors, until order placement in SAP/Tally for Project sites in India and Africa.
  • Conduct Vendor Audits in India and Abroad, Visit different domestic and International Exhibitions for Vendor development.
  • Generating plant layouts in coordination with project consultants as per GMP and FDA guidelines.
  • Selection of Machinery as per required output and Market demand.
  • Review and approval of MEP BOQ, RDS, SLD, various design and execution layouts prepared by consultants.
  • Prepare project reports, project budgets, presentations, project flow Gantt charts for upcoming projects, and present them to the investors and local partners.
  • Participate in audits like Local GMP, Uganda, DPML-IVC, DPML-Cameroon, TMDA, Pharmsol.
  • Timely visit of each facility in India and Africa to track project progress and for technical assistance, audit compliance upgradation, and spare stock auditing.
  • Conduct FAT/Trails and SAT for all procured Pharmaceutical Machines, utilities in India and Abroad.
  • Assist the exports team in ensuring timely shipment of procured items to African sites, and keep track of the shipments to align installations at the site.
