• The requirement was to get the resultCodeCounter to be added
• The time frame was the critical factor in there
• This was a new feature in the Ericsson Charging system and it would have an impact to the other working nodes as well
• Thus was a critical feature which was added with efficiency and performance kept in consideration
• Collaborated my support in the Functional testing as well

• Ownership for Mykeynote Escalations
• These escalations are from client's customers, which are handled by client's support team and then contacting a developer for clarification
• Analyze the escalation and respond to the support team
• Involved in Developing API Resources
• Debugging and fixing the issues and Escalations
• Validation of fields (server side).
