• Managed the migration from Legacy (Brains) to Finacle 10.2.17 across the Africa region.
• Contributed to data extraction, BPD, UAT, customization, report development, and simulations.
• Set up Disaster Recovery (DR) and provided L2 support for customization and functionalities.
