Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Welder qualification test (WQT), Electrode qualification test (EQT),Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRIR), Hydro test - Pre Hydro test & Post Hydro test, Gauge Pigging, Fittings of valves, flanges, bends. Fabrication of MS ,SS plates, TIG welding, MIG welding, welding, SMAW, Arc Welding, Plasma gas Cutting, Oxygen Gas Cutting etc. for structural & heavy fabrication. Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD)-Drain, Road, Railway, Crossing, Pipeline, station Piping, Pipe book and all related activities.

BILLING

Billing & Costing of mechanical & civil works related to site execution timely. Reviewing disciplineengineering activities in the line, ensuring execution of overall operations within cost and time norms, ensuring timely clearance of bills received from client. Sub-contractor billing & issue work order. Review and adjust project cost estimates, excess & saving, budget when needed (SAP GUI).
