- Engaged with global clients to provide dedicated support, including emergency case handling and proactive issue resolution.
- Worked on advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, including TCP/IP/SCTP tcpdump, trace analysis and Diameter protocol debugging, to perform in-depth fault isolation and resolution, worked heavily with Oracle’s in-memory database TimesTen and SQL.
- Worked in project of modernization and emergency package delivery for Bharti India(Airtel). Also worked in MELA (Market Area Latin America) team, majorly and very closely, worked as CNS.
