Study of design inputs, Template assignment, Logic implementation as per PCN, Cabinet construction support, Material procurement as per BOM, Modpack Analysis, Material shipment, cabinet shipment, Hardware modpack implementation, FAT setup using test kit, Travelling to client location as a coordinator for hardware modpack implementation. Description: Hardware design and Migration from HPM to C300. Units worked on: - LCR5, LCR6, LCR2, LCR8, FAR-115 and FAR-127.
Major activities include - Hardware design for IS and NIS cabinets, wiring schedule, Heat & Power calculations, IO assignment, Cabinet design, System, Marshalling and IRP cabinets design, Logic migration from HPM to EPKS. Logic development with respect to control narratives. System interconnection cable list, Loop check support, complex logic check, Interaction with customer to fulfil customer requirements, Hot cutover, SAT, Commissioning and start up support at KUWAIT. Major activities include - Study of design inputs (Process control narrative, P&IDs, SUDS database), System power-up, firmware upgrade, patches installation, license update, Functional Check and changes as per customer requirement, hardware check as per cabinet specification, Installation of controllers, IO modules, IOTA, FTA, Redundancy check for server, controllers, IO modules, As built documentation. synchronizing with field device, loop check, system integration with main control building, FDM check, HART devices configuration and check, partial valve stroke test (PVST) for all Fisher valves DVC6200SIS, data base loading, network loading test, Compressor start-up and shutdown sequence with customer, integration with third party systems, Modbus configuration and checking, System handover to customer and signoff.
