• Doing the overall production planning & Raw Material Planning to meet customer requirement.

• Ensuring the schedule adherence of various specific models strictly as per sales plan and customer requirement.

• Controlling consumables and ordering based on Production Plan.

• Leading and executing best practices of Lean Manufacturing–Pull systems, Material Flow, Kanban.

• Advance Production Planning based on Annual forecast and Line modification plan.

• Inventory Report Creation for reporting and analyzing plant level inventory and improvement scope.

• New MRP implementation (web based- I scope)

• Capacity Planning & Long-term procurement planning based on Annual Plan.

• 5- Member reporting for material procurement and coordination.

• Looking after 250 Cr Monthly Business (60 FG SKU's, 1200 Child parts, 30 consumables/Raw material).

• Experience: - CIGMA (AS400).

• Product: Engine:ETB, VCT, CRS, Injector. O2-Sensor.Body parts: ECU, Airbag sensor, Fuel pump, RTS

• Managed material and inventory planning, implementing procurement strategies based on a 6-month rolling forecast.
• Monitored and reconciled daily plan versus actual supplies to ensure schedule adherence.
