1) Certification Roadmap – Define and monitor the roadmap for TC (Type Certification), with a focus on achieving TAT (Turnaround Time) targets, and DGCA observation closure.

2) Cross-functional Coordination – Collaborate with PJMs, Engineering, and QA teams to align on certification requirements, and ensure compliance readiness.
3) Compliance Management – Handling of Stage-1 and Stage-2 External Audits, and identifying and resolving compliance-related bottlenecks to enable smooth certification and regulatory approvals.
4) TC Deliverables & Timelines – Drive timely completion of Type Certification deliverables.

5) Regulatory Alignment – Ensure all activities are in line with DGCA/QCI compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
6) Cross-team Support and Communication.
7) Future-readiness – Provide advanced compliance and certification support for upcoming UAV models to facilitate a smooth entry into the market.
