Managed a team of 10 technical supervisors, and 80+ technical staff to provide intimate maintenance cover to 150+ equipment, including defense vehicles, defense radars, and weapon systems (valued over INR 200 Cr+) while ensuring 95% serviceability at all times.

My team was able to reach all time-bound targets by identifying and resolving any technical, tactical, logistical, and administrative challenges that would limit its capacity to achieve its organizational goals. This was accomplished by successfully collaborating with numerous stakeholders, both inside and outside the team.

Led a technical support project to provide maintenance and recovery cover to a fleet of 42 strategic armored military vehicle (worth INR 100 Cr+). Managing a team of over 40 technical experts to provide successful repair, recovery, maintenance, and performance inspection coverage.
