Deepak has 15 years of global experience in Application Development and Project Management. He is a result- oriented Engineering Manager with Professional scrum master (PSM1), SaFe Agilist and EM Level 2 certification (PMP Equivalent). He has end-to-end delivery management experience of large and distributed Programs spanning across multiple geographies with multi years contracts (FP, T&M). He has expertise & extensive working-knowledge in Scrum/Agile Practices and waterfall methodology with Distributed team model. Excellent experience in managing Scope, Schedule, and Quality of project, both offshore and onshore (1 Year Landed role in Germany). Steered continuous improvement of product/solution development lifecycle process, practices and initiatives; developed best practices and tools for project execution and management. His experiences are also rich in managing other initiatives at an Account Level to drive the implementation of Principles of Lean methodology
