Product: Working Capital Term (WCT)

Client: American Express(Amex)

Description: NCL provides loans to the US Customers. WCT is one of the product which provides 30, 60 and 90 days loans to the small business organizations. Customer request loans for their vendors and Amex disburse loan amounts to the vendor accounts.

Modules: Customer, Bank, Vendor, Loan and Payment(buyer and supplier).

Roles and Responsibility:

• Worked on customer and vendor modules where customer do their registration and after registration adds their vendor.
• Fixed bugs and implemented new functionalities.
• Worked on realtime customer issues(examples: unable to login, unable to add vendor or requesting loan issues etc).
• Worked on creating alerts on Splunk.
• Worked on server side in production(Ex: renewing certificates etc).
• Worked on tickets in production.
