Job Responsibility :-

Talent Acquisition & Management :-

  • Conceptualize and ensure implementation of recruitment strategy, to launch new initiatives to help in quick and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Manage manpower cost vise profitability of the organization, ensure most competitive resources are attracted in the budgeted cost.

Training and & Development and Performance Management :-

  • Provide proper induction and orientation to all new joiners as per designated polices.
  • Co -ordinate with Corporate for imparting behavioral and functional trainings in consultations with business/operations leaders at HO through internal or external faculties as may be approved by the management within HR budget
  • Help design and develop succession planning for a seamless transition of the company’s leadership

  • Ensure implementation of performance management philosophy, structure, programs, tools and timelines across Gujarat Region
  • Ensure development of Individual Job Description, KPA’S and KPI’s for all employees and keep it modified whenever required with the help of HODs/Directors.

Policies & Office Discipline:-

  • Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employee in line with HO guided system
  • Responsible for effective and efficient HR administration by proactively implementing existing policies and improving them if required.
  • Ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement.
  • Initiate proper disciplinary actions against employees who do not adhere to the policies and do fulfill their duties to the satisfaction. Stringent actions may be proposed in order to bring discipline and control unwarranted activities not in line company discipline norms.

Employee Relations and Statutory Compliances:-

  • Act as the primary contact for local employee relations issues. Coach both employees and Managers on correct interpretation of law, polices and administration of the Company.

Payroll Processing and Employee Management System :-

  • Completely responsible and looking after the Payroll Processing, Leave Management, Full & Final settlement, Gratuity payment, All company standard certification, Maintaining all compliances related to EPF and employee compensation as per the 1948 Factory act, etc.
