Additionally, spearheaded the implementation of an advanced bottle filling line for Malawi, with a project investment of USD 300 million.
• Secured necessary approvals for both funded and non-funded capital expenditure (CAPEX) requirements, amounting to USD 300 million, to support the expansion and operational needs of the organization. Additionally, successfully obtained approvals for operating expenditure (OPEX) requirements totaling USD 50 million.
• Implemented a successful procurement policy that led to significant cost reductions by strategically managing material prices, particularly those associated with imported goods.

• Debtors’ collections and analysis for effective inflows for controls and best availability to meet operational needs

• Recovery of doubtful debts and old outstanding of 3-10 years :USD 20 million
• Approval of Loan sanctioned for Machineries, Poultry Farm: USD 100 million

Business: Erection of Power stations and Mobile towers in Nigeria

Role:

• Professional preparation of a comprehensive project report for the establishment of sub-stations and mobile towers and Presenting to respective Ministries of Federal Government of Nigeria (Power & Telecommunications)
• Fund raising for the Projects from Local Financial Institutions, Overseas market and NEXIM.

Achievements:

• Financial management of 30 Electric Sub-Stations for Federal Govt of Nigeria and 100 Towers for Mobile Service providers project cost :USD 200 million
