Officer with a 26-year illustrious career in the Army infused with a doctrine of leadership, integrity, and a high degree of morality in the formative years to develop absolute and impeccable professionalism and work ethos . As a Field officer in a technical arm ,acquired the core competency in maintenance, quality control having served for decades units at diverse and highly challenging terrain and remote locations. Served on deputation as DGM in CQA(AVL),Avadi and 508 Army base workshop directing Quality Assurance of armoured fighting vehicles, leading 10–20 Stage inspections at specific control points per quarter and in the overhaul of high-mobility vehicles on Tatra platforms, while applying engineering methods to improve reliability and availability. Brings quality assurance final inspection experience from a heavy vehicle factory (HVF,Avadi), reducing Return for Rectification (RFR) at Final Acceptance Inspections to less than three times, completing 7–15 inspections per month, and a leadership style grounded in discipline and operational standards.
