• Handling maintenance related tasks and troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic targets.
• Check records of spares and Consumables daily consumption & Maintaining store spares.
• Maintenance of PCC, MCC, Switch yard, EOT crane, Motors, Air Compressor, AHU, Dryer, ACB, 750KVA & 1000KVA DG set.
• Prepare Reports By Collecting, Analyzing, And Summarizing Information.
• Good Knowledge of Flow Meters, RTD, Thermocouples, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Energy Meter, Relays, PLC, SCADA, VFD Etc.
• Working Knowledge of following winder in textile industry BWA40|| 1500/10 (Beijing chongli), DWA 1800TR/12(DHP), WINGS 35T-1800/12(Barmag), WINGS 55T-1600/32(Barmag), BWA55T-1380(Beijing Cho).
• Ensure availability of Equipments and Machinery for Operation at the optimum level.
• Schedule testing of fire alarm and fire alarm switch system.
• Maintain and Update the Equipment History Cards &Maintain Records of equipment breakdown.
• Plan for opportunity and shutdown maintenance jobs and execute the same.
• Maintenance of all equipment as per schedule and proper handling.
• Ensure 6S (5S+Safety) Implementation in his area and continuously improve zone 6S score.
• Carried out Thermography test on monthly basis for critical equipment.

E.H.S

• Responsible for improving “5S” & Safety standards at work place, and conducting 5S audits.
• Participated in Risk Assessment of all plant activities to reduce hazards.
