1. Work on alternative investment products like DTCC, DST, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, and Folio Metrics.

2. Provide regular and accurate reconciliation reporting on alternative investments, including Private Equity, Fund of Funds (FOF), Real Estate, and Hedge Funds, to prominent custodians and advisors such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs (GS), QP Wealth, and SFMG.

3. Work with the team to meet the performance targets and quality standards.

9. Managing client and custodian communications, and actively addressing their inquiries pertaining to position and capital activity, ensuring prompt resolution.

10. Acted as a subject matter expert on DTCC reporting requirements, providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.

11. Managed reporting for diverse asset classes, catering to institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring transparency and compliance.
