MBE Business Architecture:

  • Developed business process models for enterprise architecture, using SysML within TOGAF in cameo tool, based on authoritative command media defined by engineering functions.
  • Utilized VTL scripting to generate Business Process Guides (BPG).
  • Crafted Method & Convention Documents for Process Modeling using SysML, ensuring uniformity in modeling conventions throughout the enterprise.
  • Conducted quality reviews of SysML models, employing both manual and automated methods to ensure adherence to established methods and conventions.

Requirements Management Plan

  • Established a standard taxonomy of requirements based on various industry standards.
  • Identified target users for the Requirements Management Plan to formulate an effective management strategy.
  • Utilized the report generation feature in 3DX TRM to create a specification template.

Electrical Design Integration:

  • Developed the design processes of Capital Logic Designer and Capital Harness Designer, within the framework of Cameo SysML.
  • Developed Process Model to facilitate requirements allocation and flow down, as well as system/sub-system functional and logical modeling.
  • Established an integration model to facilitate collaboration between Electrical Design and Systems Engineering, capturing handoffs and identifying potential gaps in the process.

Cross Functional Integration:

  • Utilized UAF to construct integration models within the operational domain, effectively capturing integration points and identifying gaps across the enterprise to ensure consistency in function handoffs.
  • Designed a logical data model to represent the hierarchy of input/output information for business processes.
  • Identified disparities between processes across various platforms and established a process hierarchy to systematically capture process levels from top to bottom.
  • Developed meta-model for architecture integration and implementation within the UAF framework.
  • Development of Method and Convention Document aimed at establishing modeling guidelines within the UAF framework
  • Developed reference architecture models that guide and constrain the development of segment and solution level architecture.
