• Undertook the first project after formally joining the company to develop & launch Pan Aromas E-commerce website - targeting Indian Consumers looking for Air Care Solutions for their Homes & Cars. The Website now generates an average monthly revenue of INR 4,00,000/- (as of July 2024)
• Started as an Operations Manager for the Reed Diffuser Plant in Navi Mumbai. Identified major productions gaps. Modified Obsolete machinery to improve performance by 27% and accommodate filling SKUs of different volumes. Purchased an 8-head Volumetric filling machine that increased the plant's filling capacity by 50%. Coordinated with suppliers for urgent delivery for priority shipments. Created sytems for the store department to effectively manage the fragrance inventory for sensitive items.
• From March 2024, took on a new role as a New Product Development Manager - coordinating between Lab, Production Team, & Design Team to successfully streamline & launch 7 new product lines and over 30+ SKUs in Personal Care, Aircare & Household Cleaning Products.
• From September 2024, Added my responsibilties as a Production Co-ordinator alongside a New Product Developer. As a part of the routine, I visit the flagship factory of the comapny Twice a week (3hrs away from Mumbai) to manage production schedules, communicate priority shipments & address bottlenecks between departments.
