Key Responsibilities:

• Generation of enquires from Architect segment on their ongoing high-end private residence projects and creating "sales funnel" with focus on Siemens and Gaggenau built-in home appliance brands.
• Monitoring progress of each enquiry also responsible for achieving monthly targets for enquiry generation and billing
• Keeping Architects updated with Siemens and Gaggenau built-in appliance on new product launches
• Regularly engaging with key decision makers at these specified firms and helping their clients with products selection process by coordinating their visits to dealers and giving presentations and demos
• Also responsible for managing various dealer accounts of Surat territory with their monthly requirements, clientele and billing targets
• Also Training to Dealer Sales Staff, conducting sales funnel reviews and supporting dealer team with order closures
• Supporting Core Sales team with accurate forecasts and coordination with internal service teams to ensure pre-delivery inspections and installation services at customer sites at the right stage
• Servicing the existing Architect accounts of Surat, Navsari and vapi area also expansion of account database by identifying, qualifying and building relationship with new Architect firms
• Organizing Architect events at dealer counters with live-cooking sessions to showcase solution capabilities.

• Dealing with various architects and builders along with Project Management Consultants of each segment for various products such as Premium CP & Sanitary fittings, Plumbing and many segments of tiling & stones
• Have developed good corporate connections with well-known architects of the city
• Apart from this was also responsible for travelling to the nearby regions of Vadodara such as Anand, Bharuch and Dahod for sales/marketing and Business development
• Developing and implementing business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities, holding self-accountable for achieving assigned goals and objectives
• Forecasting based on "sales funnel" concept
• Developing Sales Presentation strategies based on "product for project" concept.

• Coordination with sales team in maintaining and follow up of customer funnel.
