• Carry out feasibility studies and design processes for new product introduction (NPI) projects to achieve specification and quality needs of customers
• Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques to optimize and improve the efficiency of the process
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation
• Involve and work with the finance team to create a cost-effective approach that fits the customer's budget and requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures by using 8D methodology
• Managing engineering services vendors on outsourced parts and working with vendors to ensure they fulfill quality standards and specifications requirements
• Design and provide sub parts for manufacturing team by using SolidWorks application
• Project Management: Involvement in process improvement, such as improving efficiency and saving costs, using techniques such as 8D methodology, SPC monitoring, and time studies on actual processes, resulting in 95% efficiency up from 45%
• Lead stakeholders from various departments to achieve target cost for NPI projects.

• Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures
• Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors, and service providers to perform maintenance works
• Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects or JDI
• Attend ad hoc issue on both packaging and process side
• Need to perform daily shift pass down, 3C (cause, concern & countermeasure), SAV (stop, access, voice out) and 6S
• Microsoft office (words, excel and power point).

• Provides basic troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure to determine the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions
• Performs jobs assigned by Maintenance Lead Technician on the installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing, and repairs of equipment with adherence to site change control procedures or minor projects
• Performs jobs assigned by Maintenance Lead Technician on the relevant equipment, system, documentation, and housekeeping
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for the mechanical system, utility supplies and facilities to ensure the efficient running of equipment, such as an overhaul of centrifugal pump, lubrication of bearings, servicing of the dryer, pump alignment
• Performs predictive maintenance on critical equipment like the chiller pumps, Purified Water System, agitator for the reactor
• The monitoring techniques are vibration, conductivity measurement, thickness check, oil sampling
• Following proper cGMP principles and Merck quality guidelines policies related to the execution of assigned work
• Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed via SAP system.

• Providing technical support to the operation team
• Carry out weekly preventive maintenance on all types of equipment
• Responsible for installation of new equipment
• Conduct inspection of machines for reliable operation
• Shift pass down report, break down analysis (BDA), root cause analysis (RCA).
