• Solutioned an ticket creation and assignment for ITIL ticketing tools, helped reduce cost by 75% in 3 months for each of the accounts where this was implemented.
• Upgraded the above automation solution to make it intelligent using Machine Learning and deployed the same to run in Production environment. Accuracy at 77%(start) and improved to 83%
• Implemented three reminder rules for tickets in ticketing tools, helped team save effort on eyeglass monitoring, that was used in resolving the tickets as well as stopped breach of resolution time.
• Upgraded the three-reminder rule to be re-used as follow ups for ageing tickets, that had not breached the resolution time in SNOW.
