- Responsible to review existing business process from current SAP system from exiting company and try to understand new company's business requirements
- Collaborated with business to gather requirements, configure SAP FICO modules, and customize functionalities to align with the unique needs of each branch
- Responsible to prepare Documents and work flow for new acquired company with reference from existing company
- Working on new configuration for new company for FICO as per reference company Maintain organization standard as per requirements
- Co-ordination with technical team regarding functional part
- Thoroughly conducted end-to-end testing in the Quality System environment, meticulously validating SAP FICO configurations, master data, and transactional processes
- Coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, guiding end-users through test cases, documenting feedback, and iterating on processes to achieve a user-friendly experience.
