  • ISoW (Intercompany Statement of Work) - Used for project work requirement who are joining the account via Vendors, their pricing, their duration & the general TnC, getting the approval from Finance Controller & Project stakeholders.
  • N2K (Need2Know) - Keeping a track of costs recorded on the project, preparing reports & sharing the same to EM's & ED's.
  • SMART tool - Used for forecasting & workforce management as well as project tagging requests.
  • VMS (Vendor Management System) - Creating job postings IDs in the system as requested by the management in the account & scheduling interviews with the Managers for the candidates provided by Procurement team.
  • R2D2 - Used for raising request for specific requirement in the account with required skillset at global level & also liaising with Procurement team for negotiation & finalizing the resource price.
  • E-Collaborative - A Central Repository tool for storing secret documents for Client/Organization. Being the sole admin for the entire account, providing access & handling the documents was the main focus area for this tool.
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) - Creating dashboards & analysis of tickets for SLA purposes. Also, for creation of reports which need to be sent via ServiceNow data.
