The project managed app publishing process for QuickBooks from Intuit where 3rd party developers submit their app for review and publishing.

My key responsibilities:

• Manual and functional testing of SaaS based applications..
• Maintained accurate documentation of all discovered defects, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution throughout the app publishing process.
• Tested over 70+ Unique applications .
• Used Salesforce for recording and reporting failures.
• Maintaining records for unique test cases handled, for future references.
• Supported developers in resolving defects, providing clear reproduction steps and videos for identified defects.
• Evaluated function, performance and design compliance of every product against design standards and customer needs.
