• Executed G+22 tower using Aluminum (Mivan) shuttering from foundation to terrace level.
• Managed finishing works of 2 high-rise towers including waterproofing, tiling, painting, texture, and terrace brickbat.
• Delivered clubhouse & amenities such as swimming pool, gym, sports courts, multipurpose hall, supermarket, party hall, and crèche.
• Prepared project status, labour, and quality reports; issued NCRs for non-compliance with standards.
• Implemented PDCA cycle to identify, resolve, and eliminate recurring site issues.
• Coordinated with consultants and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Executed structural works (LMR, OHT, parapet walls) and waterproofing of STP, UG sumps, and lift pits.
• Delivered basement flooring, stormwater drains, sewerage lines, transformer yard, DG yard, gas bank, and compound wall.
• Completed landscaping works and supervised handover of completed flats to customers.

• Inspected Mivan shuttering & steel works; supervised foundation, columns, and slabs using conventional methods.

Produced pre-stressed precast concrete elements; conducted post-pour inspections and concrete mix design trials. Performed lab tests on cement, aggregates & steel, and monitored machine-laid concreting in production lines.
