• Worked as a consultant to implement the Warehouse management system for 3 Pilot and 3 rollout sites to GRG Business which is a distillery company from the APAC region.
• Put-away Process, Picking Process, Manual replenishment Process, QR code to scan for location confirmation for put-away and picking.
• Configured WMS for various sales orders, stock transfer and sales returns.
• A challenging task as the team did not visit the warehouse physically and all the warehouse layouts were seen virtually with the help of pictures and videos sent by the business.

• Highly customized JDE environment where SCM part is in one ERP and Finance part is handled by other ERP (Oracle EBS) which is integrated by Web Methods.
