• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating with product team, Infra and development teams to discuss on stories dependencies, impediments and making them ready for sprint
• Using JIRA tool for story progress tracking during DSU calls, generation of reports of velocity, burn-down chart
• Recognizing weaknesses and dependencies from sprint scope, functioning with respective teams towards resolving impediments
• Harmonizing with multiple teams to resolve the retro actions to avoid impediments and improve the sprint velocity
• Scheduling weekly and monthly review governance calls to present project milestone status, risks and schedule
