  • Provide complete administrative and secretarial support to the Business Director in his day-to-day activities like managing complex meeting schedules, including attention to accuracy, timeliness, proactively address conflicts, find resolution, and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments, handling communications.
  • Manage Sales Director’s travel activities like domestic/international air travel, visa, stay, meals, ground transfers. Prepare and submit expense reports in SAP Concur.
  • Responsible for lunch/dinner arrangements for offsite meeting with the stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between the BU Head and cross-functional teams.

Like wise raise the Purchase Order request (PO) in SAP Ariba for different crops and related activities like LFM, SFM..etc.
  • Plan, schedule & contribute for offsites/annual meet as a part of design team member.
