Managed day to day Accounting, custody, Payment processing tasks for client expenses
Monitor the receipt of client information through fax and mail
Ensure Quantity and Quanlity of processing is maintained as per the client SLA
Processing online payments like MT202, MT103, MT380 Foreign exchange order which is received from clients
Prepare and process payments, including Checks, ACH and Fed wire transfers with payment terms and deadlines
To work on Hedge fund accounting –book keeping and posting entries
Manage Vendor relationships, including vendor setup and Modification rep code and Account name to ensure smooth transactions
Online memo posting for internal cash transfers of amount within state street and booking securities transfer in MCH
Ensure that all follow up queries to clients are handled in appropriate manner
Processes account related transactions per scheduled events client authenticated directions
Successfully submitted daily expense allocation reports directly to the clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Work across functions to identify root cause to breaks to contribute to find solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and efficiency enhancements in accounts
Responsible to share EOD status with detailed comments on BAU activities and pending items
Responsible for completing assigned works with 100% accuracy
Ensure zero processing error and confidentiality breach
Coordinating with on –shore team for discrepancy resolution.
