  • Ensure ASCs are equipped with full product and technical training to handle and resolve the raised service complaints.
  • Review the defective returns by channel partners and suggest corrective actions.
  • Act as one stop solution point to sales team & dealers in resolving their service issues.
  • Monitor the minimum stock level (MSL) of spares at the ASCs end and place indent on the same based on sales trend and seasonality.
  • Execution of spare sales plan to ASCs and ensure that they achieve their sales targets.
  • Support in all the audits organized by Organization (Internal, External, ISO).
  • Maintain all the documentation of process and policies as per ISO standards.
  • Supports to RM service for drafting the justification against the raised points in audit & accordingly implement the corrective actions.
  • Ensure 100% compliance (Statutory & Legal) at location level.
  • Monthly audit responsibility of stock.
  • Inspect all defective & fresh items which are returned from distributor & dealer end.
  • Handling all dealer & Authorized service center in U.P. &U.K. after sales service
  • Give feedback of product failure report to production team and take review on the product for tacking corrective action at plant.
  • Ensure that all service calls are attended, and deliverables are completed within defined TAT.
  • Conducting technical/CRM training.
  • Ensuring proper infrastructure & other norms across service network.
  • Ensure that the aging of the spare invoice should not be grater then 30 days .
  • Ensure that the credit note will be provide to our ASF & dealer on timely .
  • Ensure that PDI work of all channel partner should be on timely as per PJP plan & as well as pickup should be on timely .
  • Conduct a review meeting with sales team on monthly basis & taken a feedback and implement .
  • Maintaining technical infrastructure to distributor end and ensure proper functioning to reduce escalation and improve the TAT of service.
