Strategy and transformation

• Supported ESG transformation and provided technical support for a publicly listed agro chemical and health sciences client.
• Assisted in implementing and monitoring a district-level water conservation project in North India, engaging with the District Magistrate and Economic Development Office; the district was honored with a National Water Award for its impact.

Social impact monitoring and evalutaion

• Spearheaded Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Impact Assessment for development projects exceeding ₹100 Cr+ across sectors including environment, water conservation, sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, gender lens investing, public health, WASH, and education.
• Applied advanced evaluation methodologies such as Results-Based Management (RBM), and OECD-DAC criteria for assessing project effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, impact, and sustainability.
• Executed over 30 comprehensive impact assessments and third-party evaluations for CSR initiatives of multinational banks, philanthropic trusts, family foundations, and bilateral donors.
• Led end-to-end design and execution of impact assessment studies including evaluation frameworks, tool design, data analysis, and reporting aligned with international standards and ESG mandates.
• Led technical and programmatic evaluations for flagship water conservation and sustainable agriculture projects, integrating geospatial data (GIS) with field research for holistic impact assessment.
• Provided programmatic oversight for technical studies involving hydrogeology, watershed analysis, and soil-water quality assessments; coordinated integration of spatial analytics (NDVI, NDMI) to evaluate ecological outcomes and inform evidence-based impact assessments.

ESG Reporting advisory and ratings

• Led the social vertical of the Technical Management Unit (TMU), managing ESG reporting for investors, shareholders, and leadership, with a focus on human capital, DEI, and supply chain practices.
• Supported client in enhancing ESG disclosures for global ratings (DJSI CSA, EcoVadis, CDP)
• Designed and facilitated ESG workshops for HR, supply chain, communications, and marketing teams, aligning functions with sustainability goals and regulatory frameworks (BRSR, SEBI, CSRD)

Knowledge publication and eminence

• Supported the conceptualization and execution of Deloitte’s flagship CSR Survey, driving data collection and analysis from 100+ industry participants, and benchmarking of sectoral CSR performance and impact trends.
• Supported the delivery of industry workshops on advanced impact valuation methodologies, including Social Return on Investment (SROI) in a CSR Summit.

Business development

• Assisted the team in scouting RFPs and identifying strategic business opportunities to expand the project pipeline.
