  • Periodic analysis of devices by scrubbing the log line trends registered on the tool Kibana.
  • Performing further troubleshooting and diagnosing the escalated network issues and working with the concerned stakeholders to progress towards the resolution of these issues. Working and interacting with different teams: Customers, the Ops team, Engineering, different vendors etc., to ensure the resolution of a network issue.
  • Aiding in documenting the knowledge base to handle known issues. Authoring several technical and operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
