· Currently, as part of SME team, managing Service Portfolio team for South and East region

· Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications for renewal, enhancements and modifications

· Sanction of Credit Approval Memorandums up-to Rs. 2 Crores, Financial Analysis for working capital facilities

· Recommending above Rs 2 Cr renewal/ enhancement cases, while ensuring files are in compliance with policy and guidelines

· Integrate credit policies and portfolio quality management with risk analytics capabilities through use of analytics tools including scorecards and Basel II risk models Responsible for clearing audit compliance queries for SME cases in South and East region.

· Facilitated portfolio performance review and implemented new strategies

• As member of Small Business Banking (SBB) team, Bengaluru, managed portfolio of 60 accounts with book size of 25 crores
• Previously, as part of SBB, Cochin, was sole portfolio manager for 180 accounts with book size of 110 crores.

• As member of Business Banking Team, worked very closely with sales team through entire credit approval process from proposal stage to closure, with strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory norms
• Analysis of credit worthiness of SME loan proposals up to Rs 10 crores
• Manage ecosystem of disbursing sanctioned loan amount Maintaining daily and monthly MIS reports with respect to lead generation, pre-disbursement compliances, CAM renewals, etc
• Renewals of existing SME accounts

• Maintenance of Insurance, Stock and Book Debt Statement, Inspection, TOD and Bank Guarantee registers for audit purpose MIS maintenance like TOD reports, Deal Tracker, Disbursement MIS, Overdue, Exits, Collateral Details, Customer Mapping, Credit Pipeline, etc
• Final Documentation, Registration and Stamp Duty for purpose of New loan disbursements, Renewals and Enhancements Handling and clearing external and internal audit issues and bringing any process improvement as per auditor recommendation

• Driving Kerala Territory, reporting to Territory Manager Monitoring of Sales achievement vis-à-vis budgets Monitoring of Early Warning accounts & initiate action Tracking performance of Sales Officers & Relationship Managers
