· Budgeting & Cash Flow Optimization
· Business plans for the Directors to Bid for the Tender & take strategic decision
· Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis on daily, weekly, monthly basis different MIS reports to monitor the operation of the Lounge
· Monthly review of the project vs budget
· Multi-Site P&L Management
· Banking/Finance Liaison/Negotiation with the bank for Project loan & Equity raising from National & International partners of the JV
· Handling regulatory & compliance related to International Equity.
· Corporate Finance & Asset Management -coordination with corporate office to manage the Finance & other projects funding.
· Contracts Administration- Reviewing the contracts & Licenses including various AMC, operational contracts etc.
· Accounting systems & managing Income Audit, F & B Controls, payables etc
