• Having experience in an IT Project Management role including significant experience managing medium to large projects and multiple, concurrent projects .

• Collaborate with vendors and Third Parties, manage vendor contracts & payments. Manage cross-functional processes with leaders to ensure key-decisions, projects and business outcomes are successful.

• Providing necessary project management support in the form of guidance to project managers, which includes identifying opportunities to standardize the project-related governance processes, supporting project resources, methodologies & tools.

 • Maintain process documents and template updates, configure Project Management tools, resource trackers and other forecast information of the project. Assisting project managers with the timely identification,management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues

• To raise a subcontractor request in internal tool and track the various stages of procurement process. Creating PO for subcontractors and extensions and PO amendment requests. Getting invoice from vendor to raise the GRN, follow up to get the payment advise. 

• Creating the on-demand requests by using work bench tool and updating the requests by using TMS Talent Management System Preparing the Run Invoice Tracker, Monthly Governance reports, Confirmations for AD Resources.

 • Having experience in the Requirement Analysis, Costing & Budgeting, Project Scheduling, Test Management as part of Project Management.

 • Expertise in using the ITIL and Service now tools to track defects. Worked as defect mentor to reduce the net cools and user tickets. 

• Expertise in dealing with the Change Management process to get the approvals from stakeholders and done the implementations by coordinating with the other teams.

 • Expertise in analysis of the root cause of the production issues, Verification of fixes, Tracking SLA misses,running the process improvement to reduce the repeated defects in order to mitigate the production issues and improving the application performance.
