• HCSC (Healthcare Services Corporation),US, Worked on WebSphere MQ 8.x/9.x and IIB v10.x (ACE) administration for HCSC, a member-owned health insurance company operating across Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. In my role as an MQ & IIB Administrator, I was responsible for installation, configuration, and support of Queue Managers, Queues, and Message Flows across production and non-production environments. I handled MQ migrations, upgrades, cluster setups, LDAP authentication, SSL/TLS configuration, and monitoring of MQ and IIB components while coordinating with application teams to resolve integration issues. After six months, I transitioned into the DevOps team where I contributed to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub, containerizing applications with Docker, and deploying them on AWS EC2 instances. I also gained hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch for monitoring and automation, and supported infrastructure automation using Ansible with exposure to Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
