• Maintenance and troubleshooting of major equipment’s at hydro project like Rocket boomers and Shotcrete Machines, Generators, Batching Plants etc.
• Distribution of power from Switch yard to several locations (Batching plants, Crusher Plants, Tunnel, Fabrication yards etc..) with Under-ground & Over-head line.
• Switch yard Erection and Maintenance of Grid supply and self-generation 0f (2 Megawatt) with Switch gears, Earthing, Lightning Arrestors at hydro-electric project.
• Co-ordinating with site and central stores to indent and maintain healthy store Inventory.
• Co-ordinating with the execution team for the further work schedules and prepare accordingly.
• Batching plants and Crusher Plants erection and maintenance
• Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical panels of electrical equipment’s like Rocket Boomer L2D, E2C (ATLAS COPCO), Shotcrete Machines, Crusher Plant (NAWA-150 TPH), Batching Plant (CHEMEI-90 CUM/Hr.), Concrete Pumps (SCHWING STETTER, SANY).
• Preparing work schedules for all shifts and executing the same, assigning work for all technicians and engineers.
• Following maintenance schedule of all equipment as instructed in the manual.
• Lead team including supervision, monitoring, task assignments, and work evaluations with safety measures.
• Operation and Maintenance of Motors (up to 250 KW). Using star and delta starters and soft starters.
• Operation and maintenance of solenoid valves, Limit switches, Load cells etc.
• Operation and maintenance of variable frequency drives (V.F.D).
• Operation and maintenance of D.G. Sets (AVR, Governor, Tachosensors).
• Preventive maintenance at regular intervals like Insulation Resistance check (Megger) all the equipment. Checking oil levels in transformers. Tightening all the connections. Checking for proper insulation.
