Ensure that induction procedures are in place and implemented for everyone who works on site or visits the site. Ensure emergency arrangements are included within the induction and displayed on the site notice boards.

Keep all registers/records/reports as detailed within the company health and safety manual, up to date and within a safe place.

Ensure all statutory notices are displayed on site notice boards, and that first aid facilities and firefighting equipment are well maintained.

To conduct periodical safety audits to ensure high standards of safety.

Fire drill conducted and inspection of fire extinguishers

Coordinate with client personal and submitting daily site observation register.

Keeping monthly records of all activities required to be carried out under the HSE Plan.
