• Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
• Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately input food/beverage orders into the POS system and deliver items promptly.
• Table Maintenance: Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain a tidy dining area throughout the shift.
• Payment Processing: Itemize bills, accept payments, and handle cash or card transactions.
• Communication: Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is often required.
