Pre-opening Team
Duties and responsibilities:
• Wellness dessert, Gluten free, Milk Free, Grain Free - baking specialist,
• We’re always testing new wellness desserts,
• Allocate duties to the kitchen team,
• Vegetable Ordering and Receiving and store-delivered,
• Handle the food pickup counter and check food quality,
• Maintains hygiene and checks FIFO and LIFO,
• Handling the kitchen in the chef’s absence,
• Able to produce a wide variety of cookies, pies, puff pastry, bread, muffins,
doughnuts, and Viennoiserie products.
• Monitoring stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, butter, etc., and
making appropriate orders within budget.
• Create and prepare all bread items as required by the company
• Planning the menu of buffets, Ala carte, and complimentary bakery items for
VIP guests.
• Ability to change or alter menu as per occasion.
• Kneading of dough manually when required
Duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.

• On a weekly basis Inventory has to done for the stocks
• Maintaining the Standards & Quality of the food product
• Handle special circumstances
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
• Notify the Server of completed orders
• Assist in the training of new trainee
• Perform additional tasks requested by your Senior Chef
• Follow sanitation guidelines
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Practice cost-cutting measures
• Notify supervisor of any problems or complaints when they arise
• To work in another area when needed and take part of cross training when
directed.
